🛍️ ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select size and color (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.”
Proceed to checkout, confirm your details, and complete payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Orders go into production shortly after payment.
If you need to change your address or cancel, contact us immediately at support@beron-reality.com, including your order number.
If the order has already entered production or shipping, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.


Are Beron Reality products authentic?
Yes. All items are exclusively designed, produced, and distributed under the BERON REALITY label, with strict quality control and fulfillment through certified facilities in the European Union and United States.

Where do you ship?
We ship across all European Union countries and selected international destinations.
Available destinations are displayed at checkout.


How long does delivery take?

  • Portugal & Spain: 5–8 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 6–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

These estimates include production, packaging, and delivery.
During high-volume periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), shipping times may be slightly longer.


Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery in real time.


Are there customs fees?
Within the European Union, no additional fees apply.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, MB WAY, and Multibanco (when available).
All transactions are processed securely.


Is payment secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and certified payment processors to ensure your information is fully protected.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. All Beron Reality products are made to order, so we do not accept returns due to change of mind, size, or personal preference.
We only accept returns for manufacturing defects or non-conformity.


What if the item is defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@beron-reality.com, including photos/videos of the defect and your order number.
Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund for the item.


Are return shipping costs covered?
If a defect is confirmed, return shipping costs are fully covered by Beron Reality.
If the issue is not defect-related, the return will not be authorized.


Underwear and Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear.
Swimwear can only be returned if the hygienic liner is intact.
